24:9. वह दबका बैठा है, वह सिंह वा सिंहनी की नाईं लेट गया है; अब उसको कौन छेड़े? जो कोई तुझे आशीर्वाद दे सो आशीष पाए, और जो कोई तुझे शाप दे वह स्रापित हो॥

24:9. They crouch and lie down like a lion, and as a lioness, who can stir him? Blessed is the one who blesses you, and cursed is the one who curses you!'"

24:9. Like a lion, Israel crouches and lies down; like a lioness, who dares to arouse her? Blessed is everyone who blesses you, O Israel, and cursed is everyone who curses you."
