26. तब राजा सुलैमान ने याजक एब्यातार से कहा, “मुझे तुमको मार डालना चाहिये, किन्तु मैं तुम्हें अपने घर अनातोत में लौट जाने देता हूँ। मैं तुम्हें अभी मारूँगा नहीं क्योंकि मेरे पिता दाऊद के साथ चलते समय तुमने पवित्र सन्दूक को ले चलने में सहायता की थी जब तुम मेरे पिता दाऊद के साथ थे और मैं जानता हूँ कि उन सभी विपत्तियों के समय में मेरे पिता के समान तुमने भी हाथ बटाया।”
